Ruta Armone

Ruta Armone is a seasoned legal professional and partner at Ellex, a Baltic circle of legal excellence, where Ruta has held various roles since January 2011, including head of the Corporate and M&A practice. In addition to this, Ruta serves as a non-executive director at Baltic Classifieds Group since June 2024 and is a member of the Corporate Governance Group at Investors' Forum since 2018. Previous experience includes a lawyer position at ZIAVALDA Joint-stock company and a legal internship at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. Ruta began the legal career as a junior associate at Bernotas & Dominas Glimstedt. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from BMI Executive Institute and a Master of Laws (LLM) in Law and Finance from the Institute for Law and Finance at Goethe University Frankfurt.
