Ralf Dyballa has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Ralf is currently the Head of Customer Care B2C at Elli - A Brand of the Volkswagen Group, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Manager Operations at the same company, starting in September 2021 until April 2023.
Before joining Elli, Dyballa worked at MFM GmbH, where they held the role of Geschäftsführer. Ralf also started their professional journey as a Dualer Student, specializing in the automotive trade, at SIXT in October 2008 and remained in that role until September 2011.
Ralf Dyballa attended the Cooperative State University Mannheim from 2008 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree. The field of study for their degree is not provided.
