Bre Katzenberger

Breanne Katzenberger is currently the Franchise Director of the Client Access Team at Ellie Mental Health, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Breanne spent ten years at Optum, where progression included roles from Contact Center Agent to Manager, overseeing teams of various sizes and enhancing career development. Breanne also served as a Customer Service Team Lead at Wells Fargo, managing teller operations and customer service. Early experience includes serving as a Police Officer and as a member of the US Army Military Police. Breanne holds a Bachelor's degree in Family Life Education from Concordia University-St. Paul.
