experience within the life sciences industry. As Elligo’s Chief Information and Technology Officer, she is responsible for technology strategy and execution that aligns with Elligo’s business model. She also oversees the product and engineering teams that have developed Elligo’s proprietary platform, IntElligo® Research Stack. Her teams are passionate about developing and implementing technology solutions that drive differentiated value to Elligo.

Before joining Elligo, she was the Chief Information Officer at Theorem Clinical Research (now Chiltern International), where she drove the strategic direction and teams in global information technology, facilities, and travel. While there, she was a key part of an executive team that spun the company out of a Fortune 500 parent and achieved unprecedented valuation growth within four years of private equity ownership. Dougherty led her team and the business to revolutionize over 70 percent of the applications portfolio, enabling new business services, such as clinical trial data analytics services.

Dougherty began her career at SmithKline Beecham (now GlaxoSmithKline), moving to Omnicare Clinical Research where she held roles of increasing responsibility, ultimately becoming Chief Information Officer. She is PMP certified, has her MBA from Villanova University, and a bachelor’s in management information systems and marketing from LaSalle University.
