Catherine Frasco Pt

Catherine Frasco PT, MS, DPT serves as the Vice President of Home and Community Services at Elliot Hospital since December 2024. With a rich background in home health care, Catherine held various leadership roles at VNA Care from February 2007 to December 2024, including Vice President of Home Health, Senior Director of Clinical Services and Operations, Director of Operations, Director of Clinical Services, Rehab Services Manager, and Physical Therapist. Additionally, Catherine contributed as a Board Member for HESSCO Elder Services from April 2019 to December 2024 and worked as a Senior Physical Therapist at Heywood Healthcare from January 2002 to February 2007. Catherine holds a Clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Simmons College Graduate Studies (2002-2004) and a Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Simmons University (1993-1997).
