Clara Dietel

Clara Dietel currently serves as Vice President of Legal Services at Elliot Hospital since April 2025 and as an Adjunct Professor of Health Law at UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law since August 2023. Previously, Clara held various positions at SolutionHealth, including Deputy General Counsel and Associate General Counsel from December 2020 to July 2025. From March 2019 to December 2020, Clara was also an Associate General Counsel at Elliot Hospital. Prior to that, Clara worked at Dartmouth-Hitchcock in multiple roles, including Associate General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel from April 2015 to February 2019. Clara began a legal career as an Associate Attorney at Shaheen & Gordon, P.A. from March 2011 to April 2015 and served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable James E. Duggan at the New Hampshire Judicial Branch from August 2009 to August 2010. Clara holds a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School (2006-2009) and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Spanish from Colgate University (1999-2003).
