Rachel Wise

Rachel Wise has an extensive background in healthcare finance and administration, currently serving as Vice President of Clinical Services Finance and Planning at Elliot Hospital since July 2025. Prior to this role, Rachel was Vice President of Finance for Physician Practices at SolutionHealth from April 2021 to June 2025, and held several positions at Elliot Hospital, including Director of Financial Analysis and Administrative Director of Elliot Professional Services. Rachel's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine, where as Division Administrator for the Department of Surgery and Cardiothoracic Surgery, Rachel managed operations, budgets, and strategic planning. Rachel also held a role as Senior Financial Analyst, contributing to revenue cycle management and reporting. An educational background includes a Master of Health Services Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of New Mexico.
