Jaclyn Benson is the founder of Elliott Benson Research, an award-winning market research company established in 1995, which specializes in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. With extensive experience in gathering customer feedback through various methods including focus groups, usability tests, and ethnographies, Jaclyn has led the company to a successful history of client collaboration. Prior to founding Elliott Benson Research, Jaclyn served as Facility Manager at Research Unlimited from 1993 to 1995 and worked as a Research Associate at the University of Washington from 1992 to 1993. Jaclyn holds a BA in Communications Studies from UC Santa Barbara and an MBA in Marketing Research from the University of Washington.
