Matthew Manley

Matthew Manley serves as the Manager of IT Infrastructure at Elliott Davis since February 2015, overseeing infrastructure strategy for nine offices and two data centers while managing operations, hybrid cloud environments, and mission-critical systems. Key achievements include directing the migration to Microsoft Azure and Office 365, which improved scalability and reduced costs. Previously, in roles as Senior Systems Administrator and IT Operations Engineer, Matthew managed extensive enterprise infrastructure, led disaster recovery strategies, and optimized systems for various organizations including Volkswagen Chattanooga Plant and Environmental Solutions Group. Matthew holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with a focus on Management Information Systems from Mississippi University for Women and an Associate degree in Business Administration from East Mississippi Community College.
