Tom Leahey

As a Principal in their Transaction Advisory practice, Tom provides advisory and strategic services to a wide variety of industries, private equity funds, mezzanine funds, investment banks, and strategic investors including financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions. He provides both strategic and tactical counsel to companies, boards, and professional sources of capital including capital formation, mergers and acquisitions, strategic dispositions, and the management of explosive growth. Tom has led transactions from both the buy side, which includes transaction diligence and quality of earnings, and the sell side, where he supports companies with the development of strategic plans, advanced analytical modeling and stress testing, and supports in developing the capital foundation to support strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Elliott Davis, Tom has a long record of C- level experience, including CFO and director of multiple public and private equity-backed entities. He was also the Practice Leader and Principal for an Atlanta-based accounting and advisory firm.
