Jesse Cohn

Jesse Cohn is an equity partner, senior portfolio manager, and head of U.S. equity activism at Elliott Management. Jesse has also served on the boards of eBay, Quest Software, Citrix, Harvard Law School's Program on Corporate Governance, BMC Software, ARK Continuity, Attachmate, and MSC Software. Jesse has been with Elliott Management since 2010 and was promoted to managing partner in 2013.

Jesse Cohn graduated from The Wharton School with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
