Nick Greenberg

Nick Greenberg is an experienced finance professional currently serving as an Associate Portfolio Manager at Elliott Investment Management L.P. since May 2022. Previously, Nick held the position of Director at Värde Partners from October 2015 to March 2022, and has also worked as an Associate at Silverpeak and an Analyst at Brookfield Asset Management. Early roles included positions at Thor Equities and GAIA Real Estate as a Graduate Intern, as well as a Summer Analyst position at Vornado Realty Trust. Nick holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Master of Science in Real Estate from Columbia University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California.
