Justine Avera is a seasoned professional in the insurance and photography industries, currently serving as a Commercial Lines Producer at Elliott, Powell, Baden & Baker since October 2021. Avera co-founded MorphisStudios in 2008 with Vincent Ramirez, specializing in photography after a history of collaboration on art projects. Avera's extensive experience includes diverse roles at Previous Lives, starting in 1985 with Rainier Insurance Company, followed by positions at ABI Insurance, where a Film/Arts/Entertainment Division was founded, and at Durham & Bates, achieving consistent revenue growth. Avera holds a BA in Art and English from Rice University and has contributed to workforce safety initiatives through JNA Risk Managers LLC. Additionally, Avera has served on the board of the Foster Area Business Association, providing marketing and insurance expertise.
