With extensive experience, Paul previously held roles such as Head of People at MANTRA, Global Head of Talent Acquisition at EQONEX Group, and Associate Director at both Aurex Group and Michael Page. Paul began a career in recruitment at Venn Group and later managed executive search operations across Asia and the UK, establishing a strong track record of success in senior HR placements.
