Andrew also served as the Construction Manager for BSA | Allstaff, providing technical expertise across Victoria, Tasmania, and South Australia. Early in the career, Andrew worked as a Project Manager and Gas Technician, ensuring compliance with legal standards and maintaining critical medical gas supplies. Andrew holds a plumbing degree from Chisholm Institute, Dandenong.
