Andrew Decker

Andrew Decker is an experienced operations manager currently leading Ellis Air Conditioning since July 2021. With over 25 years in the construction industry, Andrew's previous roles include General Manager for Victoria at Allstaff | Fredon Air, where responsibilities encompassed project management phases from tender preparation to handover, as well as overseeing negotiations and business growth. Andrew also served as the Construction Manager for BSA | Allstaff, providing technical expertise across Victoria, Tasmania, and South Australia. Early in the career, Andrew worked as a Project Manager and Gas Technician, ensuring compliance with legal standards and maintaining critical medical gas supplies. Andrew holds a plumbing degree from Chisholm Institute, Dandenong.
