Tim Wellins

Tim Wellins is an experienced professional in the HVAC and mechanical drafting industry, currently serving as Drawing Office Manager and HVAC Project Lead at Ellis Air Conditioning since January 2017. Previously, Tim worked as CAD Manager at Medland Metropolis, overseeing a team of draftsmen and managing documentation across multiple offices. With experience as Senior Mechanical Design Draftsperson at East Coast Mechanical Services, Tim prepared workshop drawings and mentored staff. Tim's background also includes serving as Chief Draftsman for the GCUH EJV project and roles at AECOM Australia, contributing to significant infrastructure projects. Tim holds a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management from Leadership Management Australia, completed in 2018.
