Karim REGAYA has extensive experience in both hospitality management and environmental law. Currently serving as a Manager at Ellis Gourmet Burger since July 2017, Karim has also held roles such as Assistant Manager and Shift Leader in the gourmet cuisine section. Previous work includes environmental legal advisory roles at Club UNESCO ALECSO and the Tunisian Ministry of Environment. Karim participated in project management and reporting for GIZ during the RIO+20 summit, and undertook legal protection duties as a Legal Protection Officer Assistant at UNHCR in Romania. Additional experience includes internships with Amnesty International and UNDP Somalia, focusing on project management and international law. Karim holds multiple advanced degrees in law from Aix-Marseille University, specializing in state reconstruction and environmental protection.
