Carlton Rule

Dr. Carlton Rule has held various positions throughout their work experience. From January 2011 to February 2017, they worked as a Physician at Bassett Healthcare. In 2014, they became the CEO of O'Connor and Tri-Town Hospitals until February 2017. Since March 2017, Dr. Rule has been the VP/Executive Medical Director of Ellis Medical Group at Ellis Medicine.

Dr. Carlton Rule completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Chemistry from Cornell University from 1982 to 1986. Carlton then pursued their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree at NYU Medical School from 1986 to 1990. Following this, they engaged in the Family Medicine Residency Program at Highland Hospital in Rochester, NY from 1990 to 1993.
