Deb Solomon

Deb Solomon joined Ellis Medicine in 2022, bringing more than two decades of experience as a human resources professional in the health care industry.

Ms. Solomon most recently was HR Vice President at HCA Florida Oak Hill Hospital in Brooksville, Florida. Prior to that, she was Chief Human Resources Officer at Mercy Medical Center in Springfield, Massachusetts. That position followed nearly 19 years as Vice President and CHRO for Trinity Health at Home.

Throughout her career, Ms. Solomon has developed, led and re-engineered human resources strategy, displaying expertise in translating that strategy into operational action. She also is skilled at building collaborative teams, leading labor relations negotiations, acquiring and retaining talent and other aspects of workforce management.

Ms. Solomon holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management and a master's degree in Human Resources with a concentration in Organization Administration, both from Central Michigan University. She also is credentialed by Michigan State University as a Certified Labor Relations Professional.
