Shelby Reeves

Shelby Reeves is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in technology services and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the Manager of Technology Services at Ellis Medicine since March 2021, Shelby oversees server administration, network management, telecommunications, and desktop support while identifying risks in IT infrastructure and developing mitigation strategies. Previously, as a Server Administrator II, Shelby led the migration of the PACS radiology system and designed a modern Citrix environment. Earlier roles include Systems Administrator at Adirondack Health, where Shelby provided high-level support for clinical systems and implemented backup solutions, and Research Assistant at SUNY Research Foundation, developing custom software for neuroscience research. Additional experience includes designing communication systems at Adirondack 2-Way Radio Inc. and project management at Betterbee Inc. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from SUNY Polytechnic Institute.
