Tom Segars

Tom Segars is a seasoned lawyer with extensive experience in the legal field. Currently employed at Ellis & Winters LLP since September 2003, Tom has developed a strong legal practice following earlier roles at Moore & Van Allen, PLLC, and as a law clerk for the Honorable Jane R. Roth at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Tom earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1997 to 2000, following a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English Language and Literature from Wake Forest University, completed in 1997.
