Ryan Gaffney is a seasoned Senior Field Engineer and Assistant Superintendent at EllisDon, with over a decade of experience in managing construction projects and ensuring compliance with designs and specifications. Responsibilities include supporting the Superintendent in scheduling, manpower planning, and monitoring work performance to uphold project rules and safety standards. Gaffney effectively communicates with owners, consultants, and architects, addressing concerns and collaborating to resolve potential issues. Previous experience as a Land Surveyor at Callon Dietz Ontario Land Surveyors provided foundational skills in surveying and technical interpretation.
