Minna Gustafsson is an experienced professional in fraud prevention and strategic marketing, currently serving as the Fraud Prevention Manager and Team Lead in Financial Services at Ellos Group since January 2018. In this role, Minna is responsible for long-term strategic development in fraud prevention and detection, including process improvements. Prior positions include Fraud Coordinator, where risky transactions were reviewed, and Quality Assurance Specialist for Finland, focusing on customer-centric guidelines. Minna holds a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Aalto University, attained between 1992 and 1999.
