Ell's Wellness was created for the everyday woman. Founder and Coach Marquita Ell recognized a need that could not be met through diet and exercise alone. In 2018, that vision came to life. A virtual health coaching platform designed to meet not only weight loss goals, but also stress-loss and well-being.
