Scott Hrdlicka Ph.D.

Scott Hrdlicka PhD, MBA is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology, marketing, and education. Currently serving as the Chief Technology & Marketing Officer at Ellsworth Adhesives, Scott has established the Ellsworth Technology Group to enhance innovation across various digital platforms. In addition to this role, Scott is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the Milwaukee School of Engineering, where academic expertise is integrated into MBA and other engineering courses. Previous leadership roles include Vice President of Marketing at The Heico Companies, where Scott directed global marketing and branding for over 70 companies, and Vice President of Marketing & Ecommerce at TriTech Corporation, where innovative e-commerce strategies were developed. An accomplished scholar, Scott holds advanced degrees, including a PhD in Organizational Leadership and multiple master's degrees in relevant fields.
