Drew Thiemann

Drew Thiemann has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Most recently, they serve as the Executive Director of Institutional Research & Decision Support at Ellucian, where they support data management and strategic planning at C.S. Mott Community College. Prior to this, Drew held leadership positions at the Kentucky Association for Institutional Research, including as President and Immediate Past President. Drew also served as the Director of Institutional Research & Effectiveness at Bellarmine University. Notably, Drew has experience in higher education, having worked at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Washington College, and Wesley Theological Seminary in roles related to research, assessment, and registrar functions. Earlier in their career, Drew gained expertise as a rowing coach and as a legal researcher and assistant office manager at the Law Offices of Thiemann Aitken & Vohra, LLC.

Drew Thiemann earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a concentration in Twentieth Century Literature from George Mason University. They then pursued a Master of Public Policy & Administration (MPPA) degree from the School of Public Policy at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completing it in 2016. Currently, Drew Thiemann is working towards obtaining a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Education and Social Change from Bellarmine University. They have obtained several additional certifications throughout their educational journey, including a CITI Human Research/IRB Certification in 2014 and Conflict of Interest Certificate for State Employees that same year.
