Emily Urbanski

Emily Urbanski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product operations, strategy, and project management in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Product Operations & Strategy at Ellucian since April 2017, Emily has modernized roadmap planning, driven operational standards, and ensured high on-time delivery rates for development teams. As co-lead of the Pride Employee Resource Group, significant contributions include planning global Pride Month celebrations and promoting LGBTQ services. Previous roles at prominent companies such as Leidos Cyber, Lockheed Martin, and The SI Organization involved product ownership and systems engineering, leveraging strong analytical skills to support various projects. Emily holds a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics from Penn State University, obtained in 2007.
