Janell Lindsey

Janell Lindsey, Ph.D., CSM, is a seasoned professional in higher education with extensive experience in consulting, customer success, and instruction. Currently a Solutions Consultant at Ellucian, Janell engages with higher education institutions to identify their unique needs and communicate effective solutions. Previous roles include Customer Success Manager and Customer Implementation Consultant, successfully fostering relationships with over 70 clients. Janell has served as Adjunct Faculty at multiple institutions, guiding master’s level students in Student Development Theory. As Director of the Student Success Center at Community College of Aurora, oversight of staff and substantial grant funding facilitated significant student success initiatives. Janell holds a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Denver, along with master's degrees in Student Affairs in Higher Education and International Studies, and a bachelor's degree in History from Fisk University.
