Joel McLaughlin

Joel McLaughlin is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Lead Cloud Application Administrator and Cloud Engineering Tech Lead at Ellucian since September 2019, where responsibilities include installing and supporting all Ellucian Colleague related components. Previous roles at Ellucian include Sr. Colleague Admin with Cloud Assurance and Sr. Colleague ERP Systems Consultant from January 2014 to February 2019. Joel co-hosts The LinuxLink Tech Show since 2009 and was a writer for Gear Diary from 2008 to 2021. A former System Administrator at Columbus State Community College from 1993 to January 2014, Joel completed a BSEET degree in Electronics Engineering Technology at DeVry University from 1989 to 1992.
