Joseph Watters has a diverse work experience spanning across several companies and roles. Joseph then moved on to Rice University, where they served as the Deputy Director of Owlnet and later as the Project Manager for the Student Information System.

In 2000, Joseph joined Sallie Mae Solutions as a Technology Director, responsible for identifying and implementing technology directions for student information system products. Joseph then moved to SunGard Higher Education, where they held various roles including Senior Technical Architect, Chief Architect, and Advanced Concepts Architect. In these positions, Joseph worked on designing and implementing a rich internet application framework and was responsible for technical architecture and future technology directions.

Currently, Joseph is working at Ellucian as a Principal Architect, where they continue to utilize their expertise and experience in the technology field.
