Linda van Artsdalen

Linda Van Artsdalen is a seasoned visual artist and a seasoned professional in software support, with extensive experience at Ellucian since May 1997, where roles have included Senior Principal Software Support Analyst, Principal Software Support Analyst, Senior Application Support Analyst, and Application Support Analyst. Linda's responsibilities have involved providing technical support for complex issues, mentoring new team members, and creating knowledge articles for case deflection. Prior to Ellucian, Linda held positions at LRP Publications, Kulicke & Soffa, and Data Management Systems, focusing on software testing, documentation, and project management. Linda holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications Management from Concordia College and pursued studies at Temple University from 1979 to 1981.
