Mario Berry

Mario Berry, Ed.D., serves as the Chief Information Officer and General Manager at Ellucian. Previously, Mario held the position of Vice President for Information Technology and Information Security Officer at Texas Southern University. Mario also served as President of the Higher Education User Group from 2015 to 2017 and was the Chief Information Officer at Spelman College. In addition, Mario worked at Lone Star College as both Associate Vice Chancellor for Enterprise Applications and Executive Director of Technology Services. Mario obtained an Ed.D. from Capella University between 2016 and 2019 and completed additional education at Regis University from 2002 to 2004.
