Melissa Spears is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue strategy and operations, technology engagement, and client relationship management. Currently serving as the Senior Revenue Strategy and Operations Manager at Ellucian since September 2012, Melissa focuses on go-to-market initiatives that enhance customer value and drive revenue growth. Prior roles include Senior Strategic Business Advisor for the Central United States Region, where strategic plans were executed to optimize technology utilization for student and institutional success, and Director of Engagement Strategy, specializing in client and partner relationship engagement. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President for Service Delivery at Collegiate Project Services, a Senior Solutions Consultant at SunGard Higher Education, and various roles in registration and admissions at Missouri State University West Plains. Melissa holds a Master of Science in Sport Management and a BA in Communication, both from The University of Tulsa.
