Tom Hale

Tom Hale is a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience in the higher education and technology sectors. Currently employed at Ellucian since May 2020, Tom maintains and supports various systems including Jenzabar EX 7.4. Prior experience includes significant roles at HACC, where Tom implemented Ellucian Banner 9 and developed critical reporting tools, and The Meeting House U.S., where Tom built and led a volunteer team for audio/visual needs. Additional roles include Associate Registrar at Messiah College, where Tom improved services through the implementation of Sungard HE Banner, and various positions at Jenzabar and Trinity International University, demonstrating a strong background in ERP systems and project management. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Messiah University and a Certificate in Biblical Studies from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School.
