Art Carroll

Art Carroll is the President of Ellumen, Inc., a position held since September 2007. Prior to this role, Art Carroll served as a Program Manager at Northrop Grumman Corporation from February 1987 to September 2007. Art Carroll holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount St. Mary's University, obtained between 1978 and 1983.
