Doug Stiles, PMP, CSM

Doug Stiles, PMP, CSM has extensive experience in program management, leadership, and healthcare. Doug is currently working at Ellumen, Inc. as a Program Manager supporting the National Disaster Medical Service (NDMS), where they are leading a team of IT professionals and also engaged in business development and capture management work. Prior to this, they worked at CACI International Inc as a Program Manager, overseeing a $8M contract and managing 62 personnel and 7 global medical equipment warehouses. Doug has also served in various leadership roles in the United States Air Force, including Interim Commander, Director of Operations, Chief Nurse Executive, Deputy Branch Chief Aeromedical Evacuation Division, Nurse Manager, and Operations Officer. Additionally, they gained experience as a Post Anesthesia Care Nurse in the US Navy and as a Telemetry and Intensive Care Nurse at Taylor Hospital. Before starting their professional career, they worked as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) and Firefighter at Tinicum Township Fire Company. Overall, Doug Stiles has a diverse background in program management, healthcare leadership, and emergency medical services.

Doug Stiles, PMP, CSM completed their Bachelor's degree in the Science of Nursing at Widener University from 2004 to 2008. Doug then pursued a Master's degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management at Trident University International from 2010 to 2011.

Additionally, Doug has obtained several certifications. In 2018, they became a Registered Nurse certified by the PENNSYLVANIA DEPT OF HEALTH. More recently, in 2022, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute and the Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, they completed the "Ken Blanchard on Servant Leadership" course from LinkedIn in November 2022.

Doug has also undergone numerous training programs related to emergency management, incident command systems, and public safety agencies offered by FEMA. These include the "IS-0001 Emergency Manager: An Orientation to the Position," "IS-00015 Special Events Contingency Planning for Public Safety Agencies," "IS-00100 Intro to the Incident Command System (ICS)," "IS-00200 Applying ICS to Healthcare Organizations," "IS-00700 National Incident Management System (NIMS)," "IS-00800 National Response Framework," and "IS-00907 Active Shooter: What You Can Do" courses but the obtained month and year for these trainings are not mentioned.
