Michael Luby, PMP has over 12 years of experience in executive leadership, program management, project management, and legal research.

From 2007 to 2008, they were a Federal Contract Law Intern at CPS Healthcare, where they researched Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and provided executive summaries and briefings on intellectual property rights. Michael also provided day-to-day corporate interface with legal counsel engaged to provide legal guidance regarding software product and intellectual property rights.

From 2008 to present, they have held various roles at Ellumen, Inc. Michael began as an Executive Vice President, providing senior executive leadership to ensure effective delivery and corporate growth across the organization. Michael was also responsible for Ellumen operations and the effective management of corporate resources. As Vice President Client Solutions, they provided executive leadership to ensure effective delivery and corporate growth across existing portfolio and emerging opportunities. Michael was focused on building, cultivating and maintaining long term relationships with clients and corporate partners. As Program Manager of Ellumen Federal Services, they had oversight responsibility for Federal contracts and contract opportunities, ensuring contract compliance and customer satisfaction. Lastly, as Senior Project Manager, they had expertise in enterprise architecture, information assurance, hardware and software analysis and requirements, agile project management, operations and maintenance support for enterprise systems and business processes. Michael led the design of the BHIE Hardware Refresh systems, which included design of an improved system architecture to increase capacity, performance and fail over capabilities.

Michael Luby, PMP, obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Law and American Civilization from Towson University in 2007. Michael attended DeMatha Catholic High School from 1998 to 2002, where they studied General Studies. In October 2017, they obtained their PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
