Pooja Vaidya

Pooja Vaidya started their career in the tech industry as a Java Developer for the National Informatics Centre before transitioning to roles as an SAP ABAP Developer and an Oracle Apps R12 Developer at Tata Consultancy Services. Pooja then moved on to become the CTO at JomRides, a e-hailing taxi service in Malaysia, before joining Scenera as a Customer Service Specialist. Currently, Pooja is working as a Customer Success Specialist at Elluminati, where Pooja has been instrumental in redefining client engagement strategies. Pooja holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Engineering from Atmiya Institute of Technology & Science.
