Benjamin Bair is a seasoned manufacturing engineer with extensive experience at Ellwood Crankshaft Group since December 2006. As Manufacturing Engineer II and Area Manager, Benjamin oversees production in the rough machine area, ensuring high-quality output and compliance with safety and environmental regulations. With prior experience as a polisher, Benjamin’s role has evolved to managing up to 30 employees in the Material Prep/Rough Turn area, contributing to the production of large crankshafts for various industries. Before joining Ellwood Crankshaft, Benjamin owned Computer Doctor, a successful computer repair business, and served as Hardware Department Manager at Autosoft International, providing technical support and managing hardware installations. Educational background includes a diploma from Wilmington Area High School.
