Justin Bardash is an experienced quality engineer with a robust background in aerospace quality systems and process improvement. Currently employed at Ellwood Crankshaft Group since January 2017, Justin has previously served as a co-owner at Parkstown and held quality management and coordinator roles at Kennametal and Alcoa, respectively. Early in the career at RTI International Metals, Justin gained experience as a quality assurance and technical development trainee, complemented by a background as a research technician. Justin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from Westminster College, after attending Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
