William Allison

William Allison currently serves as Operations Manager at ELLWOOD Engineered Castings since March 2024. Prior to this role, William was Plant Manager at Pennex from December 2017 to March 2024, demonstrating a focus on servant leadership with full responsibility for P&L. William also held the position of Superintendent at Pennex Aluminum from February 2013 to December 2017, where management of safety protocols in molten metal casting and advanced fabrication processes was key across two locations. In the earlier career stage, William was a Production Supervisor, overseeing a team of 15-20 employees responsible for significant production output and safety. William earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Penn State University, completing the degree in May 2006.
