Austin Smith currently serves as the Director of Asset Management at CREC, overseeing a $1 billion real estate portfolio that includes multifamily, hotel/hospitality, and senior living properties. With a wealth of experience in real estate investment management from previous roles at Link Real Estate Group, where Austin held positions such as Asset Manager and Senior Portfolio Analyst, and at MINCO Corporation, where Austin worked as a Property Manager and Development & Marketing Analyst, Austin brings comprehensive expertise to all aspects of real estate from acquisition to disposition. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management & Finance from Cedarville University, a Licentiate degree in Real Estate from Hondros College of Business, and a high school diploma from Pinkerton Academy.
