Matt Menning

Matt Menning is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in real estate investment and operational management. Currently serving as Principal and Head of Operations at Elm Grove Companies since February 2016, Matt oversees a firm specializing in multifamily real estate, managing over 1,400 apartments across New England. Additionally, as a Partner at MenPar Holdings since July 2012, Matt focuses on enhancing resident satisfaction and optimizing internal processes for multifamily apartments in Southern New Hampshire. Matt also holds the position of Chair of the Board of Directors at Digital Federal Credit Union, a $9 billion financial cooperative, where the mission revolves around supporting members' financial goals. Earlier experience includes participation in the Engineering Leadership Development Program at BAE Systems and leadership roles in various engineering projects. Matt earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Tufts University and a Master's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
