Andrew Douglas

Andrew Douglas has extensive experience in applications and development management, currently serving as Manager at ELM Resources since August 2015. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of Director of Application Development and Lead Architect at Progressive Consulting Technologies Inc from February 1997 to August 2015. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Mercer University, where studies were completed between 1994 and 1997.
