William Stoltenberg

William Stoltenberg is a seasoned software developer with extensive experience in application development and architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Application Developer at ELM Resources since November 2011, William focuses on new development in C#, MVC 3, and employs Test Driven Development methodologies while maintaining a legacy system. Prior to this role, William worked at Vangent, Inc. from 1997 to November 2011 as a Software Engineer, contributing to the development of a Spring Batch application in Java and specializing in C/C++ development, with a broad exposure to various programming languages and techniques. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Northwest Missouri State University and has foundational education in Computer Science from Iowa State University.
