Jack Perkins

Jack Perkins, Vice President at Elm Street Development, has extensive experience in acquisition, entitlement, project planning, and development of residential and mixed-use real estate projects in Northern Virginia. With over 10 years at Elm Street Development, Jack has managed the development of numerous lots and retail spaces. Prior to that, Jack worked as a Project Manager overseeing all aspects of project execution. Jack also has a background in consulting and holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University.
