Jim Mobley

Jim Mobley is currently the Vice President at Elm Street Development where Jim has been since 2004. Prior to that, Jim worked as the Director of Leasing at Industrial Brokers & Associates, Inc. from 1997 to 2002 and as an Associate at Carter from 1994 to 1997. Jim holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in Economics from Washington and Lee University. Jim specializes in developing multi-family and mixed use projects.
