Lauren Bauer

Lauren Block Bauer has years of experience in commercial and residential real estate development. Lauren currently holds the position of Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, and Project Manager at Elm Street Development. Prior to their current role, Lauren served as a Director of Membership Services at the Council for Affordable and Rural Housing. Lauren Block Bauer also completed their Master of Business Administration degree at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Additionally, Lauren has completed a certificate program in Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development from Wharton Executive Education.
