Michael Charlton

Michael Charlton is a Partner and Vice President at Elm Street Development, a real estate development firm with communities in various regions. Michael also serves as a Project Manager at Home Partnership Inc., where Michael is the Chairman of the Board. Prior to these roles, Michael worked as a Business Analyst at ICI and as a Process Engineer at Georgia Pacific. Michael holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.
