Michael Burlbaugh has extensive experience in residential land development projects and construction management. Michael has worked as a Partner/Vice President at Elm Street Development since May 2004, overseeing projects from acquisition to sales. Prior to this, Michael owned MAB Engineering and served as a Project Executive, specializing in healthcare facility renovations in the Baltimore area. Michael holds an MBA from Loyola University Maryland and a BAE in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University.
